1. Website Usage Agreement

By accessing and using the Densvideos Karting Arena website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Service Description

Densvideos Karting Arena provides karting experiences and racing services including but not limited to:

• Individual karting sessions (Quick Lap, Extended Ride, Junior Karting)
• Group karting experiences and team events
• Corporate team-building packages
• Private track rental and events
• Birthday parties and celebrations
• All-day karting passes
• Professional racing instruction and coaching

3. Booking and Payment

All karting sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Quick Lap (10 minutes): 120 ₺
• Extended Ride (20 minutes): 220 ₺
• Junior Karting (8 minutes): 90 ₺
• Group Experience (5 people, 15 minutes each): 900 ₺
• Corporate & Team-Building Packages: from 1,800 ₺
• All-Day Pass: 1,050 ₺

4. Cancellation Policy

Karting sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session price.

5. Safety Requirements and Customer Responsibilities

All participants must follow our safety guidelines and are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for their scheduled sessions
• Wearing appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes
• Following all safety instructions and track rules
• Using provided safety equipment (helmets, safety gear)
• Informing staff of any medical conditions or concerns
• Not operating karts under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Following age and height requirements for different kart types

6. Our Responsibilities

Densvideos Karting Arena commits to:

• Providing safe, well-maintained karts and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and secure racing environment
• Providing professional safety briefings and instruction
• Ensuring all safety equipment is in good condition
• Offering professional customer service and support
• Maintaining proper insurance coverage

7. Liability and Safety

While we take every precaution to provide a safe racing environment, participants engage in karting activities at their own risk. Densvideos Karting Arena maintains comprehensive insurance coverage and follows strict safety procedures, but is not liable for any injuries or incidents that may occur during participation in our activities.

8. Age and Physical Requirements

Participants must meet the following requirements:

• Junior Karting: Ages 6 and above, minimum height requirements apply
• Standard and Pro Karts: Ages 12 and above, minimum height requirements apply
• Double Karts: Ages 6 and above with adult supervision
• All participants must be able to safely operate the kart controls
